Obsession of the Week: Warm Maroon/Rust Shades

Picture above: Some of my favorite maroon/rust shades

Lately, when I to sit down and play in my makeup, I find myself drawn to the deep maroon shades I have in my collection. I love how this rich the shade looks on all skintones and as an eyeshadow color; it's creates gorgeous makeup looks.

So in this week's Obsession of the Week, I wanted to showcase my favorite marron/rust shades. The best part....all shades features are under $25!!

Clinique Cheek Pop in Cola Pop, $22

I'm a huge fan of the Clinique Cheek Pop Blushes! They are beautifully pigmented and the embossed flower design is adorable. Cola Pop is currently my favorite shade from the line. It leans more in red maroon color family, but the shade is very wearable.

Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadow in Central Perk, $5

This shade made is debut Fall 2015 and still available! I love applying this shade in the crease or in the lower lash line. You could also apply it to the lid, if you wanted to create a super smoky look.

Mac Pigment in Heritage Rouge, $22

I recommend apply this loose pigment with a damp brush; it makes the color easier to apply.

NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Rust, $5

This shade is beautiful!! Since the shade is in a pencil, application is easy peasy. I love applying this all over the lid as a base and on the lower lash line.

CoulorPop SuprerShock Eyeshadow in Porter, $5

Yes another ColourPop shadow! Compared to Central Perk, Porter has a bit more red to it and has some glitter. This is not an overly glitter shade so you can apply this shade whether you like, without looking like a disco ball.

What shades have you've been obsessing over? Feel free to share down below!
